Blair Hains of The Marketing Department will be teaching you how to attract more customers for your business through the process of Inbound Marketing. After his brief presentation you will have the opportunity to ask questions and network with him and many other business professionals like yourself!

ABOUT BLAIRBLAIR
Blair is the Managing Partner of The Marketing Department in Wilmington, Delaware. Prior to joining The Marketing Department, Blair operated Belike Communications, his own marketing communications company where he helped clients develop messaging that resonated with their customers.

Before venturing out on his own, Blair worked as a VP in the corporate branding group for a communications agency in New York City. He advised several large consumer companies and brands.

Before entering the agency world, Blair led communications for AstraZeneca’s largest division in the US. There, he pioneered work in utilizing social media for the pharmaceutical company as well as developing comprehensive proactive and reactive public relations plans for some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical brands.
Originally from Canada, Blair has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA, specializing in marketing, from McMaster University.

Outside of work, Blair enjoys running and following all types of sports. Blair lives in Wilmington with his wife and 9 year old son and the newest addition to the family, a yellow lab puppy.

Blair recently joined the Brandywine Executive Center family as a full-time member at our new location on Delaware Avenue in downtown Wilmington.
